Delete your Poker Inn account
Poker Inn, by Revintiq Tech LLC
In the app
- Open Poker Inn and tap your name at the top of Home to open Profile.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.
You're signed out straight away and the app starts fresh. We then remove your data as described below. If you no longer have the app, use the email route.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Player Pass or club plan subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play (see Support).
Without the app
Email support@playpokerinn.com with the subject Delete my account and:
- your player ID (like #AB12C, shown in Profile), and
- send it from the email address on the account (or the one linked to your Apple or Google sign-in), or from an email we can use to confirm the request.
To protect you from someone else deleting your account, we may ask a question only the account holder can answer (for example, a club you belong to or a recent game). We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days, and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (Firebase user ID, and the email, Apple or Google sign-in linked to it).
- Your profile: display name, avatar, player ID, and notification settings.
- Your push tokens, so the app stops sending you notifications.
- Your statistics (for every game), and your personal game and hand history list.
- Your Poker Inn chips: wallet balance, ledger, and any pending bonus claims.
- Your Poker Academy progress synced to your account.
- Your Player Pass entitlement and the purchase records we keep to verify it. (The subscription itself stays with Apple or Google until you cancel it there.)
- Your club memberships, and clubs you own that have no other members.
- Images you uploaded (stickers, club pictures), your club posts and comments, and your table chat messages.
What is kept, anonymised
A hand you played is also part of the other players' history at that table. So that their hand histories, ledgers and results stay correct, shared game records are kept but anonymised: your name is replaced with "Deleted player" and your user ID is removed or replaced with a random one, so the records no longer identify you. Clubs you own that have other members are handed to another admin or member.
Crash reports and analytics events carry your user ID (not your name or email). After deletion that ID no longer leads to an account, and these records expire on their own (crash reports after up to 90 days, analytics after up to 14 months). See the Privacy Policy.
